Garden Restaurant
One of the top experiences at Ajit Bhawan is to have an al fresco dinner at the garden restaurant, while talented folk singers and dancers put on a wonderful show. Under a canopy of green trees and surrounded by atmospheric yellow lights, enjoy delicacies from various cuisines.
Dhani Restaurant
Journey into the past and present of local cuisine at The Dhani, a restaurant at Ajit Bhawan. You will notice its rustic charm as you step into the space, with its mud walls, thatched roofs, and intricately designed interiors. The idea behind Dhani is to immerse guests in an authentic local experience, and share a glimpse of how people in Rajasthan live and eat. Many of these recipes have been passed down through the generations. The experience is elevated by a musician playing the stringed instrument called the ravanhatt a. J’- Bar

Champa Court is the hidden gem at Ajit Bhawan. It’s a private dining courtyard lined with the fragrant frangipani trees that gives it its name.
