Standard Deposit/Guarantee Policy
For FITs (Free Independent Travelers)
- A 100% Advance payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to comply will result in booking cancellation.
- For FIT reservations made within 30 days of arrival, the hotel requires a deposit or credit card guarantee within 02 working days of confirming the offer. Failure to provide these will result in booking cancellation.
For Groups (7 to 15 rooms)
- A 25% advance payment is required 90 days prior to arrival. Failure to comply will result in booking cancellation. The remaining balance must be settled 60 days before arrival.
- For group reservations made within 30 days of arrival, the hotel requires a deposit or credit card guarantee along with a rooming list within 5 working days of confirming the offer. Failure to provide these will result in booking cancellation.
Standard Cancellation/Refund Policy For FITs
- Cancellations or amendments made within 45 days of arrival will incur a 50% retention charge on the total room cost.
- Cancellations or amendments made within 30 days of arrival will result in a 100% retention charge for the entire duration of the stay.
For Groups (7 to 15 rooms)
- Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation charges.
- Cancellations between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival: A 25% charge of the total accommodation cost will apply.
- Cancellations between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival: A 50% charge of the total accommodation cost will apply.
- Cancellations within 30 days of arrival: A 100% charge of the total billing amount will be applied.
