Ajit Group of Hotels – Terms of Service (“Agreement”)

Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “Terms”) carefully before using www.ajitbhawan.com and www.rawlanarlai.com (collectively referred to as the “Site”), operated by Ajit Group of Hotels (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Agreement outlines the legally binding terms and conditions governing your use of the Site.
By accessing or using the Site in any way—including but not limited to browsing, visiting, or contributing content—you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used herein are defined in this Agreement.
We, as a merchant, hold no liability for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization for any transaction due to the cardholder exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon with our acquiring bank.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Ajit Group of Hotels.
